Mindful Meditation Practice
Find a comfortable seat and close your eyes. Gently bring your attention to your breath. Without trying to change it, simply notice the natural rhythm of breathing in and breathing out. If your mind wanders (which is perfectly natural), simply and gently bring your attention back to your breath. When your meditation is complete, bring your attention back into the room and open your eyes.
Suggested time: 5 minutes or more in the morning and/or the evening.

Prayer for Abundance
There is a loving power and presence for good and
it is everywhere. I am part of that power. This is the truth for me and all beings everywhere. As I connect my mind and heart with this presence of infinite good, I open myself to receive the abundant blessings that are always available to me. I say yes to having all my needs met in easy, grace-filled ways. I say yes to abundance and prosperity in every area of my life.
I give heartfelt thanks for this answered prayer.
